Why can't someone make a phone like the Asus ZenFone, with the fingerprint scanner of the Vivo X80 Pro Plus with the price the of this ZTE?! (edited)
    Avatar
Because companies don't want to make good phones. If they make a good one, people will hang onto it for years and the company will make less money. So instead they release mediocre ones then the following year they release one that improves in a couple of areas but downgrades in a couple others. Rinse and repeat

Looks very nice like that under display camera. Unfortunately I'm not sure how long brands like these support their phones? I bought a TCL flagship and the OS and security updates were dead after one year.

I had ZTE Axon 7 at one point in my life. I liked the phone because it looked different from other rectangular phones. Now, they all look same so I would not buy it. Rather go with Xiaomi phones. That's just me 2p worth of experience.

Since this is ZTE, I wouldn't be surprised if instead of a 2 year software update cycle, it came with a 2 week update cycle

Been burned by ZTE before, several times, won't go anywhere near them again. A perfect example of a company that doesn't have after sales support in its vocabulary. (edited)

    What is AXON?

I think AXON is the sister company of AXOFF

Wouldn't buy on the grounds that no one has ever heard of it

Don't worry, my brain is rock solid but is in danger of melting now because of prolonging this futile debate with you. I gracefully bow out by saying that your initial comment did seem to suggest that you hadn't heard of ZTE.
