The last ZTE phone I bought was the Orange San Francisco (ZTE Blade) the ubiquitous golden child, just when we was learning that these damn phones gonna hit us all up with some major screen time addiction and that was 10 years ago. I haven't bought another ZTE since, but maybe it's time? I seem to remember it went a little like this;

Orange San Francisco (ZTE Blade) (In the beginning God gave us phones then he said nope these aren't good enough and chucked them in a river that he made (obviously a genius) Amen oooh ahhhh mennn, pray to the saviour of computing, I will customise and theme you and you will love it as much as I do, oh yeah)
Galaxy S (lagfest),
Galaxy S2 (amazing),
Nexus 4 (straight up boy what you pretending to be all shiny and like, u ain't no better than that plastiky S2 you charlatan),
S6 (damn u fine looking but what u want me to charge you 10 times in day, damn u high maintenance),
Xperia XZ ah now we talking (what u got not updates, wtf is wrong with u on Oreo, there's no in built night light and I have to use Substratum to make u work and then your UI broke, damn!).
Pixel 2 (what the hell is this hocus pocus now I'm a genius photographic person, wow u run like fecal matter off a shovel, wow oh no your battery is dead and now u lag like crazy and I need to steal some apps away from your memories, goddamn! and u cost £500 wtf is the matter with u boy, woah those bezels in 2020 holy damn fat shaming!)

So there u have it the last 10 years in phone memories ahhhhhh my eyes. Switch Master Flash you be baiting me with this deal sure you are boy, sure you are. Do I take the bait. Is this the 10th Anniversary smartphone goodness I've been waiting for? Do I hear gcam mod y'all?

The only thing it's missing is NFC.
Would this work in UK Three network?

Think they're querying that the bundled card is a full size SD not a micro SD

It actually does as well as 24bit audio processor.
Wonder how's ZTE like on firmware and security updates

I loved my axon 7 for the first 6 months, then realised that they were always two versions of android behind, just about got an Oreo update about 12 months after everyone else. And no security patches. plus, the USA emargo affair (Huawei 1.0a)

The speakers on that axon are amazing though no need for a Bluetooth speaker most of the time.
Will this work in the UK

Switchy, what have I said about "ROM"....?
£345 delivered using fee free card. Very tempting!

Time to look up some biased youtube reviews.

Heat added, Switchy!

I'm currently using an old 625 processor ZTE (over two years old).

Its crashed once, & I suspect that was caused by using two sims & a memory card. Its still on the 6th version of Android & had one security update in 2018 when some major flaw was found with android.

I can't really fault it, so am waiting on a new battery, slot sharer, & screen protector arriving, as its too good to retire (but also bought a larger screened mobile too). It can keep working until I get a 5G twin sim phone.

Why not update it using Lineage OS or another build? I had a very good experience with Lineage when I updated by OnePlus One to Oreo 8.1. OnePlus itself stopped at Android 6.

My main issue is reports of online banking and the widevine L1 support getting messed up, and Google pay not working.

Apart from calls / emails, these are pretty much all the features I use my phone for on a daily basis.
