Given the price of Hard Drives this looks a great deal.

Buy 2 'Bundles' for £209, flog the spare NAS on Ebay for £30 any you have a 4GB Nas for £180. I'm very tempted.

just thought that for those of us planning to RAID the two drives, we're running the risk of both failing since they're most likely be sourced from the same batch. if that batch is bad, aient no RAID set-up in the world that will recover that 2TB of data

anyway, mine sitting at local DHL depot for monday delivery...dabs have honoured till stock lasted by the looks of it

With RAID 1 the second drive only has to last until your replace the failed one or make a backup. The chances of two drives failing within the same time window should be pretty narrow! Right?

what does fun plug do ?
Fun_plug is essentially a technique to stepwise turn a NAS with fixed out-of-the-box functionality into an open Linux machine on which you can install additional software packages and, if you want, learn a bit about Linux
Mines gone missing @ the Yodel depot :(:(:(
