    Hmmmm gone ashtray eh?! Give City link a bell.

    Raptor people are raising concerns about City Link and Boffer on the Boffer forum if you want to have a look.
    Lots of problems alledgedly..........

    ebuyer also use citylink and by god they are useless

    i never got my monitor till 2 days later than promised cos they couldnt find my house ............ you can't miss me house lol

    i don't know why anyone uses citylink, they are so bad its stupid .........i always use dhl and never had a problem

    Since City Link merged with Target Express, it has been a shambles. I know as i worked for them. Warehouses were not equipped to deal with the increase in business from shutting one depot down and merging them. Drivers are paid very badly and have unrealistic time schedules. No accounting for traffic and they just about take on anyone, even if they can't write! lol

    The computer systems kept crashing so tracking was all to pot. Parcels were left lying anywhere in the warehouse at my depot and hadn't been tracked in at all. I had to leave. What I couldn't bear was seeing the warehouse operatives throwing parcels into the cages...not caring what was inside the parcel. i literally winced every time they threw one but they just laughed at me and told me to get used to it as all courier companies do it.

    It very much depends on the driver you get. Some do care. But most have been beaten down by the working conditions and just come in, get it done with and get home asap.

    That sounds about right. Easier for them to get you to chase it up with Boffer and get a refund or replacement sent out than it is to get someone to look for it in the warehouse. No time for that kinda thing!

    leave a message on boffer forums, the more complaints the better

    boffer will refund you............


    $hittylink are taking the pee now ........ they can't be trusted with any parcel

    work stopped using them cos they so unreliable

    dhl, dpd, dpt, home network, tnt etc are all 100 x better

    i havent used ebuyer since $hitty link delivered my parcel late

    i know its a tough stand but i can't be arsed trying to get ebuyer to send another item out when $hittylink lose it

    Boffer customer service is pretty good if but a little slow. I have had a couple of problems, one my doing and one theirs and they have sorted it efficiently.
    They just need to employ more staff when they have these sell off days !!

    I'd put it on the forum as well and raise a ticket with Boffer. The more that make Boffer aware of the problem the better. They have also said that next B.O.C. day they will be using security tape on the packing.
