£100 TRADE IN for Avatar 3d blu ray @ CeX

Could this be for real?

CeX paying £100 or £93 cash for a trade in of Avatar 3D Blu Ray movie!!!

If I had one i'd trade it in- although there is another category that trades it in for £11...

sort of explains it. Only "UK consumers who have bought a Panasonic 3D TV (for example the VT20 or GT20 series) together with either a Panasonic 3D Blu-ray player or a Panasonic 3D Blu-ray home cinema system between the 30th of October 2010 and the 31st of January 2011" have the possibility of getting a copy at present.

you could always buy it from ebay and make a loss;

Probably because there is no 3D version of Avatar available for sale yet. All you have currently is the standard edition which was released around summer time and now the more recent extended one.

There won't be a 3D copy of the film for general release into retail until next year I think.

Maybe it's because they're selling for $300 + on ebay in America!
