So I was coming up to the end of my M100 contract and disconnected as their offers weren’t as good as the Vodafone Broadband Customer Offer.

The next day I was called up offered M50 fibre on for £16 per month for 12 months. Pretty decent I think.

Yep. Decent
Mine is due to end 1st April, I’m currently paying £72pm for every channel, 350mb and the phone line. I’m currently trying to price them down to a good deal for just the broadband
mine ending middle of march, it was 21 a month , then went 23 with price rise, I am 50mb with Loyalty discount, so come April it be talk talk or Virgin if there can discount right, tbf I be happy with 20.

with my contract it ends on April 8,but discount ends on march 21, , as I had 18 month discount on it but moved house last year,so do i call on march the 9 then

Good deal. How much was you paying for M100? I’m currently on M100 paying £35 but my contract is up but I don’t really want to leave virgin media as the service is faultless
but upon just reading I just found out my contract shouldn't be renewed , as I had same service and was just moving address and paid 20 quid for it
there closed down my old account and gave me new one

Currently paying £27 per month for M100 with phone line. I also had the £120 Quidco cashback when I got it last year so my net payment was around £19 per month. Virgin reconnections did offer M100 at £27 again but I never used the landline and only wanted to pay £20 or less.

I did ask them about that and you need to be 3 months out of your old contract before you can sign back up as a new customer.

So you cancelled, returned router etc, then joined on the disconnection date as a new customer, were connected and received new router etc within a few days and kept your existing telno?
