16inch girls bike, will it be too big for my 4 yr+6yr old daughter.

Just seen a new bike on the web for my daughter, but the trouble is its has 1inch wheels. I have two daughter of 4 and 6 and wondered if it would be suitable for them both, they wll both need stabilisers for the bikes as its there first proper bikes.

i would say it may be too big for the four year old but it really depends on her height
halfords have good advice on getting the correct size bike

nope. i just bought A 16IN bike for my 5.5 year old and hes fine on it

16" should be the perfect size for a first bike,

theres a new post on deals for bratz 16inch bike, double points and its £20 down from £80!!

My eldest daughter had her 16" bike from just under 5 until just over 6 but she is tall for her age, her younger sister then had this bike when she just turned 4, it's a little big for her but with stabilisers it obviously doesn't matter and to be honest, we moved her up to this bike early as it's easier to pedal with it being bigger, she really struggled with the smaller pedaled bike so I should say that both your children should be OK with it although it won't fit the older one for long.
