That's funny cause I am waiting for an order that came to £41.76 .. was confirmed by email, it hasn't arrived yet but on my online statement it says £27 something? as it is part wine, I am wondering if the amount has been taken seperately? In which case it will be alot more than £41.76.
Surely they cannot just take what they like! ??

Just received email from Marks & Spencer , Very impressed with their quick reply. Not like sky.com which took 6days!! Anyway they confirm the overcharge of £12 will be refunded......... How many out there??? They must make millions like that , if you don't check your statements!!!!

Well you're lucky if the things actually turn up; I placed an order on M&S.com the day BEFORE the last 20% day and nothing's turned up yet. The shirt I wanted got cancelled off my order and nobody even let me know, and half the order is due to turn up in January now. Their excuse was that "they're very busy at the moment".

So am I but I'm not sending my christmas cards and presents out in January, am I!

After spending half the morning on the phone trying to sort it out, I spoke to Head Office and said that last time this happened (yes, they make a habit of just cancelling orders if something's out of stock) H.O. got a store to post me the product in question. Today I was told that despite it being their mistake, it's company policy for stores not to send anything out in the post after 1st December so basically tough.

Just to add insult to injury, because the missing shirt had made the order fall below £30 they'd stuck £3.50 delivery on the remaining items!

They're not getting any more blinkin' orders out of me. So I hope all your items actually get delivered to you - good luck!

Had this happen to me, but always have received an email to let me know, and had the delivery refunded if it has meant a free delivery has been reversed. (happened yesterday in the sale actually) Not a great system but their CS does make up for it.
Wish I could add items to an order after I had gone through checkout, rather than having to start a new order for an odd item.
