£20 refund for Virgin Atlantic / BA passengers

Found 18th Feb 2008
After a class action lawsuit against Virgin Atlantic and British Airways for fuel price fixing, passengers will be entitled to a £20 refund on transatlantic and long haul flights (over 7 hours)


You may be eligible for a refund of one-third of your fuel surcharge if you bought:
A BA or Virgin long-haul ticket
In the UK or US
Between 11 August 2004 and 23 March 2006
Paid a fuel surcharge
Full details of the claims process will be available in about 60 days



ooh that's worth watching! We went to Floriday with Virgin in oct 2005.

not sure I can remember that far back though bound to have used virgin more than once in the period.
