28" CRT Widescreen TV.

Found 14th Jul 2007
With LCD and Plasma TVs becoming increasingly popular, I was hoping to cash in on this advancement by finding a cheap replacement for my old 21" inch CRT which as recently broken - I was under the impression that I'd be able to purchase a 28" CRT Widescreen (flatscreen) TV for a cheap price. Unfortunately, most of the offers I have checked out have recently expired, and I've been unable to locate one from any brand for less than £180-200, even though some offers which no longer have stock put them at between £120-150. I'm not _too_ concerned about the model/brand, as long as it is fairly reputable and has more than one AV/scart input. Thanks a lot for your help!

Well... two replacement TVs later I've decided to take a refund. Not up to quality at all from Asda. Any new deals cropped up online?
