3 x hampers for chocoholics (E 13/9/07)

From BBC Good Food (you have to register):

To celebrate their love of all things chocolatey Montezuma's are offering three people a selection of their range worth £50.
Montezuma's started up six years ago and have fast become a favourite in the foodie world. Priding themselves as innovative chocolate makers, Monty's have a reputation that extends far wider than their West Sussex roots and handful of shops.
Their mouthwatering range includes truffles flavoured with lime, chilli and tequila, spicy chocolate bars with the tastes of sweet paprika and strawberries, kilo-sized chocolate bars and the ever popular Choco:Block (pictured above).
Montezuma's design all their truffles using the quintessential Monty's way, not the Belgian way or the French way. You'll get a firmer centre and a snappy chocolate shell; they like the way it gives you something to get your teeth into. Every one of the 40 or so truffles has an individual appearance and continues to follow their fundamental policy of fine innovative chocolate made using the best ingredients. There's no skimping on taste or quality so don't expect to find a calorie panel on any of their boxes!

What bean is used to make chocolate?
What is Montezuma's nickname? (Its in the text, just in case you can't guess between Jonty's, Monty's and Zonty's)

Not exactly rocket science!
