Just after a good deal on a TV for a friend between 37-40". 4K Ideally. Seems to be a nightmare to get a good deal on a TV of those sizes without buying cheap crap.

Any links appreciated

4K isn't considered necessary on TVs below 43" so perhaps the Sony is the best one to go for.
An you not go to 42” I looked for my daughter and anything below seems to either not be 4k as they say anything smaller doesn’t need 4k and also price seemed more for 32”-40” tv than a 42”.

Afriad not. Limited by space and 40" is the absolute max
That’s a shame, it was last year when I did a load of homework on getting my daughter a tv, in the end we had to get her a 42” but she had room for it. We just wanted smaller since room is small. There’s actually a load of 39-40” TVs but all week to just be 1080 and £150-£250
I'd go for a good brand like somy or samsung, there may not be many 4k options but 1080p on them will look better than any dodgy brand 4k one
