I have 8 stamps. Hope this works. You can redeem receipts for stamps on the app. If you spend £2 you get 1 stamp and if you spend more than £15 you get 2 stamp. Hopeing to get more stamps for the £5 off.

There is an issue with the colonels club app at the moment. Customers stamps are not adding and customer who are redeeming rewards are not being removed from accounts. This has been patched it the new update though.

Dont update the app, and enjoy a recurring £5 off like I have on my last 4 visits.

Some1 told me they have managed to use this on 4 consecutive occasions. £20 saved!

Fair enough! Sounds good to me, but you would have to spend £33 to get £5 free every time! But then you can keep getting free KFC up to £5

Mine has done this also

I spoke to customer service yesterday because i cant add stamps to my account by scanning or manually by receipt. They told me theres a problem with everyone's app and they're trying to fix it, wish i knew it didn't deduct free items i would of went straight down kfc after he added the stamps for me

It's going to be difficult to get this working if you don't have £5 off already. Went to KFC yesterday after a long time and was 1 stamp away from £5 off. Should have earned two stamps but nothing was added.

Do you mind sharing your code?

Mine has been doing the same for ages with the snacks. Best bit is it shows I have collected enough for two free snacks so they dont question it being reused

I used the £5 off at the weekend. Cashier said I had another £5... he couldn't take that off in the same transaction, so gave me £5 worth of hot wings for nothing

I did notice my free snack reward was still available after I'd used it but haven't been back to a KFC since to try and use it again. I'm only 2 away from the £5 off voucher! Might be worth a few visits to get the voucher and exploit it while it lasts.

Just turned off auto updates on the app just in case it makes a difference

Basically I had this too and what’s will happen is the amount of times you use it will carry over to the next time you earn the correct amount of stamps. For example, if you use the code twice when it goes away and you get 11 stamps again you won’t actually get the £5 off and it will just restart again

So use it wisely right now you can always make a new account
