£500 to spend on 55” TV

I have £500 to spend on a 55” TV, any recommendations?

No gaming, just plugged into my SKY HD box and Blueray player.

Mainly used for Movie and Sports.

Can buy now or wait until back Friday if anyone thinks I’ll save a decent amount.

Richer Sounds, John Lewis or Amazon are top of my list for suppliers due to their after service being excellent.

Thanks in advance

I recommend saving up another £500 and buying an OLED.

Richer Sounds - Yes, 6 Year Warranty
John Lewis - OK
Amazon - Meh

I’ve had a 55” Hisense 4K hdr smart tv for couple of years and it’s been superb and you can pick the latest models up yonder £500 easily, maybe even push to a 60/65” I wish I had.
That one is 65” for £519 if not to big then bigger is better and after a week of living from a 42” to 55” I wished I’d gone bigger
I’ve just purchased a Toshiba in Tesco. 55” £379 fantastic tv and no issues
