Hidden away in misc, surely this is a deal people should know about?
As nothing has tracked overnight I won’t be buying anything else. Yesterday I spent £187.5 to get the max £15 back and intended to do daily max purchases. An 8% return (albeit deferred for several months) was acceptable to me and I can burn off the resulting Tesco credit over time. We have noticed that for the first day of this offer that Mastercard has taken a little longer than visa but purchases made after today should track at the same time as visa transactions.

Did a test shop with Visa and it tracked as soon as I stepped foot outside the store. Very impressive for Visa cards. Will do a similar test shop with Mastercard and report back.
4th day of promotion & 4th £150 Tesco gift card purchased. £48 cashback pending in topcashback account. My local store is starting to run low on giftcards that you top up. Better to buy Tesco GCs first because you earn clubcard points. I don't think you earn pts with Amazon GCs.
I get 180pts worth £1.80 for £180 worth of Tesco GCs. Then I intend to use the Tesco GCs to buy Amazon GCs.

I am pleased to hear that some of the Mastercard purchases have now tracked. If the purchase doesn't show within seven days of the purchase, please do lodge a claim for this. But I will update here if I do hear of any issues that may cause transactions to take longer.
To also confirm, if the offer was showing at the time of the purchase taking place you are eligible for the cashback, even if it hasn't tracked yet.

The promotion was perfectly clear, the problem is that people don't bother to read the details.
It says above "There are a limited number of redemptions" and it also says "There is a budget cap on this offer so please ensure that the offer is still live and activated on the day of your shop," so it was always possible that it would end early.
Ebay sometimes end their promotions early for the same reason, as they did with the nectar one last weekend, the secret is to get in at the start. (edited)19/04/2021 19:42

I am sorry if you were unable to visit the store and activate the offer before it ended. We did mention all the offer information on the offer page as clearly as possible including the information on redemption limits being reached ending the offer.

Surely, from the perspective as the company running the offer, it would be better to have more people able to claim the offer so that they come back next time?I guess next time I'll just have to get in early buying all those gift cards and screw anyone else, or just stop using TCB and go back to Quidco.Edit: I appreciate it's highly unlikely you had a hand in writing the T&C's, but perhaps you'd like to pass on this feedback to those who did.

Might as well make a claim now. From previous experience, if it doesn't track within 5 mins, it won't track at all.

The tracking was slower than usual for the first day of this offer for Mastercard purchases and I am sorry for any concern that's caused. Yesterday we were given an update about this and were told these should be fully sorted within 48 hours. I can happily confirm purchases made yesterday onwards with Mastercard should track as quickly as Visa.
