no its a big company care homes hotels ect

when you sign up for these you commit to attending their 'sales' meetings. They can last all day and you are put under pressure to put down deposits etc. Pay the bit extra and enjoy your time there.....

pretty certain they would spend your entire time there trying to give you the hard sell on their property.

If they are big, they've expanded too quickly

Voted COLD. If they want me to view their properties, they should pay me £199!

totally agree-never understood why you should pay them to view a property from them-and at 199 they are actually making a profit anyways cos you can get property inspection flights for buttons.

my friend who is a lawyer bought a property in spain from these guys and work under a group of companies
and went on a viewing trip NEVER bought a property then bought 3 properties after he returned once he done his homework.

    Usual " high pressure " sales pitch.:x

I feel bad for all the people who bought properties abroad though. I imagine the value of those properties is in the process of collapsing, never to recover.

Good for him. If you think it is a deal, go for it. It seems no-one else thinks it is very good though.

Just get a sun lamp and drink at Wetherspoons ... you'll save a fortune... maybe enough to buy the place outright!! :-D
