Hi guys, bit of a funny one here and hoping someone has some wisdom for me!
I am in the process of buying a property (offer accepted) and have since found out the solar panels are part of a lease agreement made against the roof/airspace for 25 years!!! Its actually on the property deeds!
It is really worrying me and have read the usual google horrir stories to make it worse! Is there any way out of these things? Any loop-hole or method of breaking that lease? Its so off putting but the house is perfect apart from this 😞😫
