ok 2 things i'd like to complain about....

1st - i ordered some bits to be delivered by my milk man friday morning, placed order thursday online and paid by DC, they were never delivered, despite my mum seeing the float go up the road, so weather cant be blamed...not an issue as i called for refund...but was told they cant refund to my card, only to my account for future use, which i thought was a a bit off? Is that allowed?

2nd - i bought a nice top from sainsburys to wear out last night, it has sequins outlining a pattern, very nice, but the sequins caused horrid scratches up my arm, short sleeved, so everytime i brushed my arms past/across it caught me, hands too, i look like ive been attacked by freddy kruger or been self harming, seriously its quite sore and looks nasty, now as this would of only been avoidable if i had walked around with my arms in the air i think it shouldnt be sold!!!

I really like the top but will never wera it again I'm scratched up and feeling sorry for myself!!!!

I thought the milk man didnt deliver the milk? :?

take the top back, should be 'fit for purpose' and if you can't wear it then it clearly isn't

I had to take a sequin dress back for the same reason, where it was hemmed the sequins ripped my thighs to bits, I did go as far as showing them to the woman in the shop so she couldn't argue with me, got a refund no problem
