I think they give you a few days grace - email them thru cust. services and explain it's on it's way... best still phone n pay by DC
Admin charge for late payment is usually £12
Well that'll learn ya lol
If you do get a charge and it is your 1st charge.

They will probably refund it as a goodwill gesture.

Ask to speak to the arrears team if you ring.
Missing Payments
Missing payments could have severe consequences and make obtaining credit more difficult.

Administration Charges
If you fall behind with your payments, we reserve the right to impose a charge to cover the cost of any action we may take. We will be entitled to debit your account with any costs incurred by us in respect of any missed or insufficient payment, including but not limited to dishonoured cheques, failed direct debits and recharged card payments. Payments received will be applied first in payment of insurance, interest and other charges as shown on the last statement and thereafter in the reduction of the current balance. Administration Charges:

* Copy statement - £5
* Immediate credit file update - £5
* Letter confirming clearance of your debt - £12
* Transfer of your balances - £12

Default Charges - Charges are payable by you in respect of the following matters:

* You fail to make at least the minimum payment by the payment due date - £12
* For any debt collection activity we undertake - £12
* Debtor Trace - £25
* Any cheque, direct debit or other item for payment into your account that is unpaid or dishonoured - £15
* Temporary payment arrangement letter fee - £12

Just explain that you forgot and you definately won't forget again.

They are usually sympathetic if it's your 1st charge.

Yeah but that's not nececelery correct as i say
Thanks for reminding me OP. Mines was due in a few days, so your post reminded me to pay else I would have got an administration charge! Thank you.

When Additions messed up my direct debit & didn't take the payment on time, they charged me a £12 late fee & about £10 in interest! :x

Took quite a few phone calls to sort out. Good luck, you'll definitely need it! x
If you only 1 day late you will be fine if you did it online. You always get a few days, I have forgotten a few times, it hurts to eat the £12 but if I screw up I gotta take the penalty.
id never pay for anything in insallments
if iu aint got the cash i won't buy it
good luck with trying to convince them
change to direct debit but again make sure youve got money in the bank to pay that too otherwise the banks will b charging you instead
You will be fine, ive been a few days late before and not got charged
I have forgotten and my payment is due on the 30th December if I pay it in the day it's due will i get a charge
