Account hacked and stuff ordered with change of delivery Name and address

Last Thursday an online account of mine was hacked and stuff ordered to be delivered to some thieving scroat in Southall

ive tried all weekend to get in touch with retailer to cancel but never got a response.... luckily I got a yodel message saying delivery today and I was able to log on and click return to sender
obviously I’ve avoided fraud although what other actions can I take???
