Advertising boards on the side of a property...anyone know the best way to let them?

    Hi all

My father owns a property with an advertising board on the side of it (he says its a 20 sheet board, which is pretty big). The company that rented it off of him has now given him a weeks notice as they no longer want it. Does anyone know the best way to let it. It is in a very prominent position about 1/4 mile away (on a road leading to) the Ebbsfleet International Rail Station.

Any advice would be gratefully recieved as our knowledge of these is very limited!

    Thanks all

How much rent does he want for it?

    He's looking for around £2000 a year.

has he not offered the old company a reduced rate? or a rolling monthly contract

    Get some paint and write..

This board is up for rent. Call "insert number" for details.

I would strongly advise against that.

At least get a proper sign made (It won't cost much) and get a payg sim card and use that number for the board specifically.

If it's a good spot it should sell itself but would need to look professional:thumbsup:
