i started to do this 20 minute workout yesterday:-

my body is quite sore now, also i had a bad accident last september 2016i cut all the main nerves in my arm and cut through all my muscle.

while i was doing the workout on the last reps my bad arm just could not do anymore.

today my body is quite sore, could i do the 20 minute excercise today or should i wait for abit? I did try to do ten press ups yhis morning but my bad arm just felt like my muscle was tearing so stopped.

Generally though if my body was good is the above enough to stop for a day then restart the exercises later or is that generally after a much harder workout?

i did this with 4.6kg on each arm ok my bad arm couldnt live upto it on last reps.

maybe if on my bad arm i put 2 small 1.1kg on bad arm and the 4.6kg on the good arm?

Thanks.

Let your body rest for a day or two and massage the affected muscles. Takes time for you body to get used to doing a new exercise and giving your body enough time to repair the damage is what's important.
Your body tells you when to stop - so listen to it

Because of your injury, if I was you, I'd be chatting with my GP or the Occupational Therapist (you should of been in contact with after the accident)

Apologies if this seems like I'm teaching you to suck eggs but sometimes people miss the obvious

Yes was seeing them for a year but now cut it down to every three months I will ask him, but my arm is fading away and the muscle in my hand is disappearing so wanted to try build it back up.

Good for you but you still got to take it easy and take that professional advice.

Yes I could say use lower weights and controlled repetitions on the injured arm but then I'm no doctor/specialist and take no responsibility - the saying "any exercise is better than no exercise" but you still need (and it sounds like you have) plenty of common sense

Rome wasn't built in a day but what was built has stood the test of time (mostly excluding the likes of Pompeii)

Can you use a powerball in the weaker arm as it could help.
I wouldn't do a full body workout daily. That's just asking for trouble. Do it every other day, or depending how sore you are, every 3rd day.
