i think consoles are about £40 each complete
games range from £1 upwards, depending on which games you have.

they give you more for exchange than they do for cash, you may find you get £30 for the console cash and £45 exchange credit.

game do the same only give slightly less for each.

this is what i found anyway.

you may get more money selling them on to someone at work/school/uni.

or your local paper.

do you think it would be better to trade the games in for say new x box games and then sell those on ebay?

also do you know apparently woolworths are doing trade in too! and putting money onto a gift card!?

I'm going to get slated for this but here is a list of completed xboxes … I'm going to get slated for this but here is a list of completed xboxes that have sold on ebay. The average price I'd say is £60.00 for the console and games together:-]http://attr-search.ebay.co.uk/xbox-console_Video-Game-Consoles-Finder_Microsoft-Xbox-New-Game-s_W0QQa10244Z10425QQa14Z24215QQa24197Z24198QQalistZa14Q2ca10244Q2ca24197Q2ca3801QQcatrefZC6QQcurcatZtrueQQfbdZ1QQfclZ2QQfisZ2QQflocZ1QQfposZIP11Q202NRQQfromZR14QQfrppZ200QQfsooZ1QQfsopZ1QQfssZ0QQfstypeZ1QQftrtZ1QQftrvZ1QQga10244Z10425QQgcsZ1134QQnojsprZyQQpfidZ1628QQpfmodeZ1QQsaaffZafdefaultQQsacatZ0QQsacqyopZgeQQsacurZ0QQsadisZ200QQsargnZQ2d1QQsaslcZ0QQsaslopZ1QQsasltZ2QQsofocusZbsQQsorefinesearchZ1Copy this link quick then I'll remove it. You're welcome.
If you charge £19.99 for the P&P (that seems like the going rate) you should make about £10.00 on the P&P as well if you use a Courier like P4D. They have a 5% discount in the voucher section.

there wasnt any mods on anyhow Dino so i think your COUGH safe ACHEM!!, just dont tell the mods SSHHHHhhhhhh !!!! :whistling: :giggle:

If it's any help I wanted to sell 20 PS2 games (all more than a year old) before Christmas and looked at similar options.
Game Station offered me around £90 for the lot trade in (from £1-£6) or £60 cash (from 50p to £4 per game).
I ended up selling the lot on Ebay for around £95.
I would imagine the ratios would be similar for the console itself.
Game weren't as good for trade-ins in the past. Not sure what they are like now but Game Station guarantee they wont be beaten on price.
Woolworths is a new thing which I know little about other than that it exists.
Ebay worked out the best option though was obviously more hassle in general.
If there are games you want in exchange it's not a bad second choice.
Selling at Game Station for cash wouldn't be very good at all unless you really didn't want the hassle of Ebay.
Though I would advise that if you were to sell on Ebay that it wouldn't be sensible to do it as a new user with no/little feedback (you probably have plenty but it's worth noting) or the prices your stuff will make wont be anywhere near as good usually.
I wouldn't advise trading in the games for new ones unless they are in a sale or you have researched it carefully. Ebay/internet prices are generally a fair bit lower than in store prices. For example I would have traded in some games for Star Wars Lego 2. But it could be bought £22 delivered online and was still £30 in Gamestation.
Hope this helps
