Advice On Cancelling Sky Installation

Me and my girlfriend were looking to move from Virgin to Sky we contacted a company called Campbell & Kennedy who took £41.50 for a one off fee but after getting Virgin to give us a better deal, we decided to stay with them but after many attempt to contact C&K cancellations dept over the last 3 days(they say they only have one person handling cancellations, which is always busy) and even giving them our mobile number to contact us which then haven't, is there anyone else we can contact to complain about them because were still in our 8 day cooling off period, I've read loads of bad reviews about the customer services but thats abit too late now, who can we contact(OFCOM or ???)

Why didnt you just ring sky directly to organise getting it installed? they may be able to help you now as well.

It was the number our housing association gave us to ring because we live in a flat, C&K have already taken the £41.50 so would sky be able to do anything about this??

Looks like you need to read your building managements agreement very carefully.

probably not but it wouldnt do any harm giving it a try.

It's not really anything to do with the housing association now, Were trying to cancel the whole deal before its even started, C&K haven't even been out to check the building to see if they can set up a dish but have already taken the money, It's just everytime we try to contact them you can never get through to cancellation dept.

If you paid by credit card, try getting in touch with them. A lot of credit card companies are excellent at sorting these sort of problems.
