hi i am after a treadmill for my OH, there is so much choice it is hard to narrow it down. i have read many reviews on amazon/argos etc on different machines and seem ok but nothing stands out?
i was hoping for some advice on brands or specs to look for? something someone uses everyday and likes. i have noticed a lot of reviews people mention using at slow pace/walking. she will be using it for running so anyone who uses it for similar things advice would be great.
i know i want motorised also folding but do not want to spend an absolute fortune on it.
due to work and having 3 young babies, she doesnt get time to go the gym or run around the block so this is her best option.
thanks

too far for me to travel sorry, would you say it was good and firm for running on though?
this will help me narrow down my search.
thanks

Yeah it's really solid, got really good reviews, I'm on my mobile app so can't copy the link but if you search for treadmill its the one from tesco for £102 down from £350

thanks, will take a look at it

As a treadmill (gym) user I'd say the most important thing is to get an e with a decent sized 'deck' (the bit you run on) short narrow decks are quite common on domestic treadmills and are horrible to run on.

Best one to use is in a gym as you will actually use it .

Running is absolutely terrible for losing weight.

As has been said, the cheaper ones have a very narrow deck which can cause significant injuries if you step off the track.
