Advice - Returning mail/letters

Having received an o2 sim card through the post on a 12 month contract, but deciding not to continue the deal and return unopened within the 14 day return period, do I just write return to sender on the envelope or unpack everything and place in a new s.a.e sent to o2? Sorry if this a silly question.

    Thanks in advance

Phone them 1st to let you know you will be returning it/don't want it - they will put a note on the system. I done this with them 3mths back and they told me to destroy/dispose of the card rather than return it...
