advice wanted as just phoned travelodge to enquire about family rooms

as above there is 5 of us me and o/h and 3 children. lady at the travelodge said as long as 2 year old is in our bed it will be ok .but to let them know we have a little one with us .do you think i should still book or do you think it will be ok or not as havent used travelodge before.please advise. the travelodge is kings cross london

you need to be sure its ok as insurance on the room could be for 4? and they can supply a travel cot too-they didnt charge me for it.

i know thats why i phoned and she said as long as baby is in our bed and we let them know we have extra child at check in . in case of anything happens then its ok

but still unsure as its a long way from home if we get there and not allowed plus loose any chance of a refund

When we used travelodge, we never told them about our youngest (shes 2 also).

.....or check in on your own with 2 kids, and OH come in later with other child? Bring a sleeping bag and then one could sleep on a spare quilt on the floor if needed?
