Advice: Wrongly delivered paving slabs

I came home on Friday evening to be greeted by 70 paving slabs on my drive. My wife has a habit of buying crap from the internet, so I thought nothing of it. When she returned from work she asked me about them as she hadn't ordered them. Asked around the neighbours, they don't belong to any of them.

Anyway, long story short. They were delivered, they aren't mine, no delivery note and no indication on the slabs as to where they came from. Now I have no idea of who they belong to or who to ring to collect them. They're stopping me getting both cars on the drive. Can I give them away? I don't want to sell them, I just want them off my drive.
Where do I stand in the eyes of the law for giving them away/disposing of them?

Cheers
