    Advocaat?

Does Advocaat go off? I would of thought yes because it contains eggs. But... we have had a bottle in the cabinet for several years unopened and It has no best before date on the bottle. Should I just chuck it out?

it should have a date on it?

oooooh several years isn't good ...it must have a use by date on it somewhere...if it explodes in your face or clucks when you open it ...sling it

    Good idea

Cream liqueurs, those that contain dairy, cream or egg, are a different … Cream liqueurs, those that contain dairy, cream or egg, are a different story and should be discarded after 18 months or so. Liqueurs like ]Bailey's Irish Cream, ]Advocaat and Amarula should be consumed within a year of opening, although some of their cheaper creamy cousins will deteriorate faster. Even in unopened bottles, these liqueurs will spoil and be undrinkable after a year and a half or more.

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha I like it but the only thing is all the supermarkets have a barcode unique to them on the bottle so it may not work as planned lol

worth a try, ive done it before with lamps from asda that have broke , bought a new one and took the other back with the new reciept, even my sis did it with a baby monitor from argos one of the ones with a screen, her daughter knocked it off and it wouldnt work so they bought a new one and took the old back lol

snowballs, nom nom (but only at chrimbo!)

It wouldnt have had chance to go off it if had been mine :-D
