Hi, can anyone please help me with this, my first ever redemption deal, never done it in my life, I thought its going to be easy just send your screen shot of monthly bill online or something, but looks very complicated and seems like I had to post the bill 5 times in 18 months, and don't even say which month I'm doing that, I didn't open my sim yet think to send it back, can anyone tell me if it can be done any other way?

thank you

How do I claim my Cashback by Redemption?
As part of our commitment to keeping our customers and staff safe during the coronavirus outbreak, we’re allowing you to submit cashback claims via email, rather than post.
To submit a claim, follow these simple steps:
You just email them first 4 bills and quote the 1st voucher number.
Then next 4 bills and so on as in the instructions below for 18 month plan.

I love challenges lol this is my first time as well will see how it goes, I only get this because going to sign up to Vodafone broadband next week and get another £2 discount if I get voda sim,
i have had a couple of redemption deals. they are fine but you have to set up a calendar alert to send in the phone bill. not too much hassle really.
i know they payout. but its just another job/thing to do. in my eyes. id much rather just pay and forget. i did look at them on affordable mobiles and there are so cracking deals. its a personal thing i'm not knocking the deal..
i looked they are good deals and the three one's are even better unlimited data for £6 a month. you can't go wrong with that. i know i'm to lazy to do the whole redemption thing..
Line rental refunds for 18-month contracts and text pack/bundle refunds will be paid in five equal amounts in line with the following timescales and information provision:
(a) your first four airtime bills (where your first bill is the first correspondence from your network requesting ANY payment) and your first claim voucher within 60 days of the invoice date on your 4th airtime bill;
(b) your 5th, 6th 7th and 8th airtime bills and your second claim voucher within 60 days of the invoice date on your 8th airtime bill;
(c) your 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th airtime bills and your third claim voucher within 60 days of the invoice date on your 12th airtime bill;
(d) your 13th, 14th and 15th airtime bills and your fourth claim voucher within 60 days of the invoice date on your 15th airtime bill;
(e) your 16th, 17th and 18th airtime bills and your fifth claim voucher within 60 days of the invoice date on your 18th airtime bill.
Its 18 month's, thank you
You have to send a copy of every bill and by post too?!!
Emails pdfs accepted but this may change post pandemic but I'm sure they'll let you know if this does happen.
Anyway... So you have to send your first claim at month 4.
Month 1 is the first month you receive any bill from Vodafone(even if month 1is for a part month)
So assuming you order in February and your first bill is dated on any day in February then when you receive your May bill you need to send in all four bills including the May bill. This needs to be done within 60 days of the May bill.
You can work out all the remaining claims from thereon.
It's the first month that is usually confusing and open to interpretation unless they clarify what is classed as month 1 (which they have) (edited)
