After a good price on the Apple iMac 24"

I am after an iMac 24" and just wanted to know where is the best deal currently. I would appreciate any help that you give.

I'm not up to speed on good deal for mac's etc, But I've seen two 24" in different branches of PC WORLD during many price match expeditions priced around £1000

Hope this helps

Also the mac site sells brand new /refurbs at discounted prices

Unfortunately the online Apple store doesn't have any refurb iMacs at the mo, but it's worth keep checking as this is by far the cheapest way to get one (they all come with 1 year warranty)

My friend bought a refurb MacBook last week (his first ever Mac) and he's loving it :-D

Suppose it really depends on how quickly you intend to buy one.

Just to add to Hexen's comment...

I bought my 17" MacBook Pro from the AppleStore refurb section. I saved about £300 on the new price and it was spotless. I've had it for about 10 months now without a problem, so can definitely recommend this as a buying option. They may not have any on there at the moment but keep checking as they are always updating the list - used to be once a week but seems more regularly now.

Amazon is at £1129 and John Lewis is at £1145 but remember you get a 2 year warranty with John Lewis.

Happy hunting...
