After a new Android phone £150 budget - What is best?

My Meizu M2 Note is on its way out. I dropped it a few months back and smashed the screen. It was easy enough and cheap enough to replace the screen, however the quality of the new screen wasn't as good and it hasn't been the same since. I'm also struggling for space since an update stopped things being installed to the SD card. (I've installed App2SD to improve this but still running out of space!)

I think I'll go for another Chinese mid range phone.

I'm currently thinking the mi A1 fits the bill best. Am I right or is there something better for the money?

I'd like a good sized screen, 64GB minimum built in, Accurate GPS (something the M2 Note didn't have, it was OK for driving but way out when tracking running), and a half decent camera (which this A1 looks to be good enough)

Any other options?

The Xiaomi MI A1 is a good phone I can vouch for it the GPS is accurate and you can currently get one for under £160.
