This hasn't been mentioned in a while, but worth knowing about if you don't already know, have been using this for a good while now, a good way, if you use a particular retailer, to get cash off your mobile phone bill, just link your card to the app and earn your cash, retailers include, Boots, Argos, Wilko, Waitrose, Holland and Barrett, they have 80 retailers and it works with MOST networks, its not available with Sky mobile but what they will do is when you get to the amount required, in the case of Sky its £10, they will send the cash via PayPal, you just send them a message via the app.

sorted byMy bill is only £3 a month with Sky so I'm glad they pay me with PayPal because looking at how much I have earned up to now they would have paid my bill for the next 2 years
I messaged them but the automated reply says they'll get back to me in 3 to 5 working days. I'll give an update when I know more

Too long, but it's money I wouldn't have had if it wasn't for the app. I only shop for things I would get anyway at stores I usually go to, not because the place is on the app. (edited)
Yep, same here. Only earned £10 because I bought a phone from Argos.

Nice that's good to know! Think I'd actually prefer they pay via PayPal I've just signed up today, good to hear their customer service is excellent

Oh right. It's £10 with SMARTY, maybe networks have a say? I would say it depends on your bill cost but I don't think Airtime Rewards have a way of knowing how much your bill actually is?
They got back to me, said they don't support Voxi at the moment.
"Unfortunately we can't credit Voxi customers at the moment!"

I was with O2 and have changed to Sky and it now says the only way I can redeem is to mobile bill, which I obviously don't have now I've swapped networks. Do you just raise a ticket on the support part to try and get it redeemed via PayPal? And will they continue to let you use it even though Sky isn't listed on the networks now?
Yes, raise a ticket with them, they should sort it for you, unfortunately I am no longer with them because of them processing my cashback using PayPal they seriously over paid me and it was their mistake as it went straight in to PayPal & they couldn't get it back. Now I use Q Park rewards which is excellent and you get actual cash & not money off a bill.
No, unfortunately it won't - use Q Park rewards, it's better & it's cash, not money off bills.
So do I as they support VOXI! My balance is £5.37 at the moment. I'm guessing you've had at least one reward payout to know they're legit?

Yeah, they are still processing mine though PayPal, if you contact them via the app, I did it the other day (as usual) said I was with Sky, they ask for your PayPal email (I always give that in the initial email) & the £10 was in my account by the end of the day - hope it works for you in o2.
That's good to know, thanks. It'll likely take me forever and a day to get anything worthwhile as I don't spend that much in the places they cover but we'll see.
Can I ask a stupid question? I've signed up, but I didn't see VOXI in the list of networks. So I selected Vodafone, is that what you selected as well?
I've moved to SMARTY now but I'm pretty sure VOXI was on the app when I was with them. Maybe they no longer support that network? You could try selecting Vodafone instead, make sure you select pay as you go though. I don't know if you'll still be able to get paid, you could send an email to Airtime Rewards as well
I'm with Sky mobile and they have had issues with Sky from the start, so they send me my money via PayPal so if it doesn't work send them a message via the app, they have been excellent with me, I can request my money in the morning and it's in my account by the end of the day.
What did they say? I'm with voxi and have been on the app for a couple months so I'm wondering whether I can still use my rewards

Takes a while to get to £10 but I guess it depends on how much you shop at the participating retailers with the participating payment methods and how much you spend
I know some are £5, but not sure which ones, I work for one of the companies involved with Airtime rewards so with me shopping there every day I work the money soon mounts up for me, but i couldn't understand why some of my colleagues were getting £5 & me having to wait till £10 so I emailed AR & they said it varies network to network.

My transaction tracking seems to have stopped since I updated my card details, I did get confirmation that it had updated but nothing now for 3 weeks
