What are the pros and cons of the set that is available from Aldi on Sunday at 699?

try a search in the hotdeals or on av forums.

I think its a good TV, but in 6months time an equivalent model but better spec will be sub £500.
I paid £500 for a 26" in December (tosh 26WLT66) you can now get the 32" version for the same price if not less, and its only 6months down the line!

Thanks have tried to find the lowdown but as you say the best time to buy is always in the future - but I need one now.

I think they give a good warrenty but never tried it out, on some things they give 3 years, which is very goods by any standards

The only problem with Aldi/Lidl is that they never get great amount of stock in so if you really want it you must be in line when they open.

Yep. You'll probably have to be up early and arrive at the store 15 mins before they open.

When I went for a PC they were all allocated to choppers long before the doors of the shop opened!!
