    Alienware M11x Laptop/Netbook or???

Am in the need for a powerful 11.6" screened netbook/laptop, any alternatives to the M11x? worthy of a look.

Also are alienware any good since they sold their souls to Dell?

You say powerful but what do you need/ want?

Basically, as well as the usual web surfing and watching films on, I need to run the Full Adobe CS4 suite, as it would be handy to take on photo/film shoots to use as a monitor, and save me lugging a film monitor around.

    This is the recommend specs:
    2Hz or faster processor
Microsoft® Windows® XP with Service Pack 2 (Service Pack 3 recommended) or Windows Vista® Home Premium, Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise with Service Pack 1 (certified for 32-bit Windows XP and 32-bit and 64-bit Windows Vista)
    1GB recommended
2GB of available hard-disk space for installation; additional free space required during installation (cannot install on flash-based storage devices)
1,280x800 recommended with 32-bit video card
Some GPU-accelerated features require graphics support for Shader Model 3.0 and OpenGL 2.0
    DVD-ROM drive

Dell Studio XPS line Would be good, just have to try and find a good deal atm.

Cheers I will check out the Dell XPS line.

A CULV processor is great for many things, but being powerful isn't one of them. I know Photoshop has (some?) graphics card support but would that make up for the weak cpu?

Do you need good battery life and light weight or all you just looking for a relatively small package?

Small package overall, the 11.6" screen being key mainly as that what will fit in my Computrekker camerabag, battery life and weight arent big issues for me.
