New user, can't checkout - get a your account is de-activated popup message when paying with paypal. Contacted CS no response. Anyone else had same issue? TIA

    Had similar last week, but after payment. Money refunded next day.
    I assumed it was related to using VPN, otherwise no indication of issue, other than I am clearly a bad actor looking to bring down the Ali empire.
