Found 31st Jul 2010
We are travelling up to alton towers early on Monday morning. Want to stop for breakfast before entering park at 9.00am (have early ride tickets). Any ideas on good places for a breakfast? We are travelling M1, A50 (northbound). Hoping to stop about 8.00am, did not know if there were any supermarkets with cafes open around then or other places to eat.

You can get a full English breakfast in the park just after the shop on the left after you enter the park it's nice food and reasonably priced
Thanks for info, but I know they wont want to give up early ride time when in park.
why dont you just take some of the prepacked cereal that comes with milk. They come in wee packets and all supermarkets sell them. Just chuck away cartons when done - and some fruit as well
Look up McDonald, Asda, Tesco and Morrisons.

They do breakfast in a lot of the stores.
Hi there's a Tesco near Stoke on the A50 Longton or a big m near the turn off for Alton

So expensive eating out.

We went to McDonalds near the Pleasure Beach and then went to Morrisons for the evening meal deal on the way home.
