    Alza are scammers.

I ordered a pair of headphones that arrived from czech republic and was not told about that. Their system did not allow me to return the item automatically, was instructed to just post it via royal mail.

I filed for return the day it arrived and send it back after the weekend (arrived on friday evening)

3 weeks later they will not send me the refund because they haven't had confirmation that the item has arrived.

80 pounds loss and no headphones.

I was going to buy some aftershave from them at the weekend. I contacted them on FB to see if they had any promo codes (they don't). The delivery charge put me off as it made the aftershave the same price as Amazon, plus then I had piece of mind buying from UK. They seem to be ok, I would have bought if it was free delivery.

Hard to say, I wouldnt say it looks like an obvious scam site but I'd just keep your risk levels to a minimum and don't buy massively expensive goods.

I´m a czech and Alza is the most legit shop in here, they have the biggest stone shops here and most popular eshop. Most people from Czech are buying here. But i don´t know how they´re on the uk website.
But here they´re the most trustworthy when you want to buy PC you go alza....

    Avoid like the plague.

Got a speaker set from them, one speaker out of the set proved to be faulty. They completely ignored consumer rights, pointed to the T&Cs on their CZ site which are different from the UK site I ordered off and instead of even trying to engage in a conversation just repeatedly posted the exact same response pointing to a set of T&Cs I never agreed to instead of the ones from their UK site which was all I wanted.

Very shady practices and they seem to believe their policies over-rides the law.

Would not purchase anything from them again.
