Am I getting a good deal?

My better half decided we should sell our old (2001, Y reg) Fiat Punto (pity as it got a VERY low mileage - 23K) and she want something small, automatic, with alloys, aircon, metallic paint, CD, central locking, large boot and low on fuel.

So far the only car we found was Honda Jazz (any other ideas are greatly appreciated, but please no French, Italian and US cars).
Our local dealership is offering to buy 6 months old Jazz SE CVT7 for 10700. This car done 1800 miles (their own demonstrator).

Is this price any good? They (Honda) quite reluctant to discuss it (maybe I could bring it down to 10600 or so but no more than that).

Also, what do you think I should ask for black (non-met) 2001 Y reg Punto 1.2 Mia with 23K on its clock, no extras, 1 lady owner (really :)) and a couple of scratches here and there?

Thank you for all this info! However, I think you need to adjust autotrader links as it shows somebody's postcode (yours?).

postcode changed to random north London one

Double post - deleted.

The Honda Jazz always gets the thumbs up in cae reviews...just read Honest John's weekly column in the Daily Telegraph.

I've had Honda cars for the last 12 years and they are so reliable.

My sister has a Civic and I've driven it once - excellent car. As Currychops says Honda are really good across the board these days.
