Amazon 30 day price promise

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh! can anybody help me i bought a barbie styling head for my daughter from amazon and it has since gone down in price twice.I have seen about a week ago that someone posted you can claim the price difference money back if it is within 30 days.I have tried for about the last hour to find where it is on amazon and it is driving me mad.Please it is nearly xmas i cannot lose my mind just yet ,please someone help me out and put me out of my misery. How do I do this, which links do i follow


Just email the Cust Services dept- With the order details and they will do a refund.
I did this about 2 weeks ago and Amazon responed within 24hrs and organised the difference back on my card.
Great service.

Click on 'help'
Click 'Customer Service'
Select the order the item is on
Click 'Contact Amazon'
Select 'Other questions and comments' from the dropdown menu.

In the text box I just tell them how much it was before and the price it is now. They get back to you very quickly.

If the reduction in price takes you below the £15 free p&p threshold, do you then have to pay p&p?
