Amazon 3rd Party Seller Returns

Made a return to a third party seller on Amazon (went through the returns process on Amazon). I used Royal Mail tracked, and it's showing that it's gotten there with a signature. It's been over two weeks and I haven't got a refund yet. I can't see an option on Amazon to do anything else, except print label or cancel return.

Should I make an A-Z claim? How do I do this?
