Say I buy some shoes from M M direct via and I wanted to return the item. Does the return process just go through amazon as if I bought from them?

Hi, I just had a look at M and M directs storefront information on Amazon and it says this;

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us (unworn) within 28 days and well give you a full refund or exchange. Please note underwear, mens and boys swimwear and pierced earrings are non-returnable. Womens and girls swimwear must have the protective sticker intact. does not offer a free returns service.
Please complete the returns slip on your delivery note clearly stating which item you are returning and the action you would like us to take. If you request a refund then the amount paid will go back onto your original payment card of which you used on Amazon, therefore the payment will come up on your account as an Amazon refund. You will have to notify us if you are sending a parcel back or you want a refund issued to you at the nearest possible opportunity so we can deal with your request promptly. If you request an exchange please indicate which size you require or alternatively, if you are choosing a different item, please advise the product code and size required. Please note if the exchange item is cheaper in price then we will automatically refund the difference, however if the item is more expensive then we will charge your card accordingly, therefore please expect a call from our customer services team to organise further payment. We do not charge postage for any exchange items being sent out to you. We may on the odd occasion send a postal cheque to you instead of a direct payment with Amazon. Please be patient as delivery of this may take up to 5 days and the processing of the cheque maybe of a similar time scale.
If you have mislaid your delivery note simply enclose a covering letter with your name and full address together with your requirements. does not have a free collection service for returns. Please take your parcel to the post office and request the standard delivery service, ensuring you opt for the extra compensation if the contents of your parcel exceed the value of £36. This will ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. We will happily refund the cost of your postage if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of postage.
