Amazon , a customer wants to return product


I sold a wireless network card on amazon, before the buyer received the item he sent an email saying that he no longer wants the item, but i had already sent it to him.

Now that he has received the item he has made some excuse saying its the wrong one and he wants to return it.

Where do I stand regarding this, do I refund him but lose out on the postage it cost me to send it.

Any advice would be appreciated.




he needs to return at his cost and you refund the amount less all your P&P charges & amazon fees
