Is it me or has Amazon customer service gotten seriously awful? I get constantly hung up on, transferred, disconnected due to 'technical issues' etc which never used to happen before. It gets incredibly irritating when you're on the phone for over an hour and then they hang up.

I spent 3 hours out of my day on the phone to them last week, constantly retrying after being hung up on, only having my issue resolved after I flipped and lost my cool.
I've been on live chat with them for over an hour now and I've gone through about 10 agents, each one having left due to 'technical issues'. It was never like this up until recently, I'd say this year. Anyone else experiencing this with Amazon?
