I purchased a phone for £500+ from Amazon Warehouse and all I received was an empty phone box. I contacted Amazon and they refuse to give me a refund as "the tracking shows the item was delivered". For them to even consider giving me a refund, I'll need to submit a police report. They have no interest in investigating the issues themselves.

The police want the address of the warehouse the item was shipped from in order to provide me with a crime reference number. Amazon are refusing to provide this information and have basically ended all communication with me.

I've made 10+ emails, 10 live chats and 5 phone calls, but I'm getting no where.

I'm thinking of launching a charge back with my bank, but I heavily rely on Amazon for my business and don't want to be black listed or banned for doing so.

Any suggestions?
