Hello, so i returned a faulty device and opened the return on the 16th where the only option was Hermes, they booked collection for the next business day and ever since then there have been 5 rebookings with them all being no shows.
The return period ends on the 27th and i have been without the my refund for 2 weeks with no help from amazon. Is there anything i can do and would there be the opportunity to recieve some compensation from amazon such as a part refund for keeping the device?
