Hi, my boyfriend shopped for the first time yesterday afternoon in a newish store taking advantage of the £10 off first shop promo, but is yet to receive a receipt email nor does it show in his Amazon order history and no pending payment on his card eather. Just wondering if anyone else is still waiting since yesterday or in general how long does it take usually. I shopped for the first time last week and it took at most a couple of hours to see it in my orders while the email arrived almost 10h later
You should also receive an email offering you another £10 off for next purchase.

He’ll call them tomorrow and see why the delay. The £10 offer ends tomorrow, if they charge him later he might miss out on it I received an extra £10 on my first shop too, good to know it’s a blanket offer
😃😃😃 in that case he’ll miss out on the next £10 off so not as great as it sound ️ I do wonder how it works though, I must say I am not overly impressed. If you use them daily and such delays do happen how is one to remember what you’ve bought every time and if their receipt are correct. Getting overcharged in my local Lidl is a given but that’s easy to spot with a receipt in your hand and getting the refund before you even leave the store.

Sent them a message straight away but still haven't got a response, whilst they states 6hrs turn over. Will call them.
