Amazon live chat - credit where its due

I have just contacted Amazon live chat with an issue regarding a refund and it has been resolved within a couple of minutes.
We are all good at complaining about cs so for once i thought i would share my appreciation for the service received.

There is a trick to get what you want from Amazon CS.
Make your complaint on phone or chat.
If it does not get sorted, wait for feedback email.
Fill it out and click on No, I think it is. Not happy.
The opt for a call back, 09.30am is a good time.
Staff from Ireland call you back an sort the issue right away.

Have to agree the Live Chat people have always been good for me, which is why I shop loads at Amazon. A lot of high street shops could learn a few lessons from Amazon about customer service.

Agree 100%, Cracking company with a resolution for all issues.
I have had excellent service from Amazon CS, i've also had disgraceful service from Amazon CS. I have noticed over the last 2 years it has started getting much worse.
