Amazon marketplace seller has zero feedback, safe to buy?

1. I want to purchase from an Amazon marketplace seller but it says 'Just Lauched' next to their names and they have zero feedback.

Would it be safe to buy from them considering Amazon seem to have good protection for buyers? And I believe I have 14 days to get an automatic refund? thx

I intend to pay via debit card.

2. On a seperate note, does anyone know what a 'Multiple copy pack' is in terms of book formats? thanks!

yes its fine, if there is problem, amazon will refund you and take it up with the seller on their own...

If you are a buyer then you will prob be fine.

I used to use Amazon Marketplace a lot. But its being used for so much scamming now its unbelievable and Amazon just sit back and take their huge slice of the fees.

Only your name and address to send your item and allow the seller to see your feedback. No card details nothing. You'll be safe with Amazon, unlike Paypal, as if the seller defaults Amazon cover the loss and chase the seller even if they have no funds. Like Paypal who have the dispute system Amazon have the A to Z Guarantee for similar situations.
