Need to order a few dvds, they are the same price on Play & Amazon.

Which company do you think will be best to order from to make sure I have them before Christmas?

Thanks

Definitely Amazon, although I do have Amazon Prime so I would say that!

I would say Amazon - I ordered a few things recently and they were delivered very quickly.

Amazon, Play are very slow.

amazon, but you won't get them using free delivery

Use amazon and use the 30 days free pime.

Ive ordered from both recently amazon was a lot quicker

neither, have outstanding orders from play and amazon from 2nd-4th Dec, all dispatched, but none turned up, hmv have been very good though

I would not use either if you have to have them for Christmas, a lot of people waiting well over a week from Amazon so the likelyhood is you may not get them now, especially if the predicted bad weather comes back..

Amazon but pay for the fastest delivery available.

Amazon, cds have been here in 3/4 days lately with free delivery

I'm the same. Waiting for stuff from both since the beginning of December - beginning to think I won't see them before Christmas

Thanks everyone, will have to brave the weather my self then ha.

Definitely Amazon!... My orders from them have been turning up, no problem - unlike my 3 play orders I am still waiting for since beginning of December oO

Amazon! Play are a joke

AMAZON,

Ordered Fifa from Play last week and still not here

Amazon = better packaging (less chance of damage)
Amazon = better returns policy

Don't know if you will receive item in time for Xmas from either though.

amazon delivery rubbish at moment. play sent me something which i got in 3 days

Amazon, not just for the time but also because the packaging is much better. If I order a DVD boxset from play.com I can be certain that the outer carton fo the set is squashed and looks used. Ok if it is for me but not great as a Xmas gift.

didn't say it was, we've been very lucky in the south west with the weather so far, but am aware that other parts of the country are not so fortunate:p
